Terms of service

Talevivo is a self-serve tool: you upload photos, put them in order, and use credits to animate the transition between each pair of consecutive photos with AI. You can then join the clips into one video and download it.

You must be at least 18. You sign in with an email code or with Google, and you are responsible for activity on your account.

You keep all rights to your photos and to the videos made from them. You give us a limited license to store and process them only to provide the service to you.

You must have the right to upload every photo, including permission from the people shown or their parent or guardian. Do not upload content that is unlawful, sexual, violent or hateful, or that shows anyone without their permission. We may remove such content and close accounts that break these rules.

One credit animates one transition between two photos. Each purchased credit includes one free retry, which regenerates a transition that already has a clip. Your first animation is free.

If an animation fails on our side, the credit or retry is returned automatically. Joining clips into a video is free.

Credits are tied to your account, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and do not expire while your account is open.

Credit packs are priced as shown before checkout, in the stated currency, and paid once through Stripe. There is no subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record for the sale and calculates, collects and remits any sales tax, shown at checkout.

AI animation can change facial details, hands, text or backgrounds, and results vary. You review every clip, can regenerate it with a retry, and choose which version goes into your video. We cannot guarantee a perfect likeness.

Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to create deceptive, harmful or infringing content.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost photos you did not keep elsewhere, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Keep your own copies of your photos: we delete them on the schedule in our privacy notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please email support@talevivo.com so we can try to resolve it within 30 days. You may bring a claim in small-claims court where you live. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state that cannot be waived by contract.
