If you are not happy, ask within 30 days of buying a credit pack. If you have not used any of its credits, we refund it in full. If you used some, we refund the unused credits proportionally.
Failed animations
You never pay for an animation that fails: the credit or retry goes back to your balance automatically.
How to ask
Email support@talevivo.com from the address on your account. A person reviews every request. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, and the refunded credits are removed from your balance.
Disputes
If you open a card dispute, the credits from that purchase are paused while we review it with you.
