Privacy notice

Talevivo is operated by Nadir Tech LLC ("we"). We help you turn your own photos into an animated video. Contact: support@talevivo.com. Business address: 1621 Central Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA.

Account data: your email address, and if you sign in with Google, the name and email Google shares with us. We never receive your Google password.

Project data: the photos you upload, their order, the occasion you choose, the animated clips and videos made from them, and your consent choices.

Purchase data: which credit pack you bought, the amount, the payment status and a Stripe reference. Card details are collected by Stripe on its own page; we never see your full card number.

Anonymous usage events (for example, that a page was viewed or an upload finished) with the language, occasion and campaign source. They never include photos, names, emails or links to your files. We do not send them when your browser signals Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.

Photos are re-saved in your browser before upload, which removes embedded location and camera metadata.

We use your photos only to make the clips and videos you ask for, to show them to you, and to keep the service secure.

We do not use your photos or videos in advertising, on our website or on social media unless you separately give permission. That permission is off by default and can be withdrawn at any time.

We do not use face recognition, keep facial "fingerprints", clone voices, or sell or license your photos. We do not use your photos to train AI models. Our AI provider (fal.ai) is licensed to process them only to provide its service to us and may use de-identified usage data to improve its service; it deletes our data when our agreement ends.

fal.ai (AI video processing, United States): when you animate a pair of photos, those two photos are sent to fal.ai, which runs the PixVerse and Kling video models and returns the clip; it also joins your clips into the final video. fal.ai keeps its copies of inputs and outputs for up to 7 days.

Supabase (database, sign-in and private file storage, United States): stores your account, projects, photos, clips and videos.

Cloudflare (website hosting and image processing, global network): runs our servers, which read each uploaded photo to check it is a valid image and prepare it for animation.

Google (optional sign-in): if you choose "Continue with Google", Google confirms your identity to us.

Stripe (payments): receives your email address and payment details. Stripe does not receive your photos.

Resend (service email): receives your email address to send sign-in codes, receipts and video notifications. It does not receive your photos.

Meta and Google (advertising measurement, only if you arrived from one of our ads on that platform): see the next section.

If you reach us from one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram (Meta), we tell Meta when you start your first project, start a checkout, and complete a purchase, with the purchase amount, the ad click identifier from the link, your browser type, and your email address and account number in hashed (irreversibly scrambled) form, so Meta can match the event to the ad. If you reach us from a Google ad, we keep Google's click identifier with your purchase and report the purchase amount to Google Ads; your email is not sent to Google.

This lets us see which ads lead to real purchases and spend less on those that don't. We never send your photos, clips, videos, names or project details. Under some US state laws this may count as "sharing" personal information for advertising. You can opt out at any time under "Your privacy choices" on your account page, and we treat a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal from your browser as an opt-out.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We store an anonymous analytics identifier, the campaign that brought you here and, if you clicked an ad, its click identifier in your browser's local storage. We do not load advertising scripts or set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Original photos and the clips made from them: deleted 30 days after you make your video. Finished videos: deleted 90 days after they are made. Projects with no activity that never became a video: photos deleted after 14 days.

You can delete a project, or your whole account, at any time from your account page. Purchase and accounting records are kept as required by law, with your email removed when you delete your account.

Deleted files may remain in encrypted provider backups for a limited period (up to 7 days) before being overwritten.

Accounts are for adults (18+) who have the right to share the photos they upload, including photos of children. Our service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 directly.

From your account page you can download a copy of your data, turn tips-and-offers emails on or off, and delete your account. Depending on where you live (for example California, other US states, Brazil, Israel or India), you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete or port your data, and to appeal a decision. Contact support@talevivo.com; we respond within the time the law requires.

We do not sell your personal information. The advertising measurement described above may be "sharing" under some US state laws; you can opt out under "Your privacy choices", and Global Privacy Control is honored.

Photos, clips and videos are kept in private storage and are shown only through short-lived links after we check that the project is yours. Database access is restricted per account, every change goes through our servers, and staff access is limited and logged.

We will post changes here and update the date above. Material changes will be emailed to account holders.
